I own a small retail company I buy cars for my sals team and service trucks from Freeman Toyota and from Grubs Infinity They both used to give me very good service and attention I bought one car from this dealer 18 months ago and today I spend more than 2 hrs with the sales man and after that they asked me to come next day because the FORD computer is down . I asked for a loaner car the sales manager told me they can do that after the computer glitch fixed ... Next day I got the vehicle I want and I got a good service from all at the location.

He made the process smooth and enjoyable and took the time to answer all our questions. Mike Schumann, the finance manager, was just as impressive! He was able to get us a surprisingly low APR and took the time to explain the GAP insurance and warranty so we could fully understand our options and feel confident in our decisions. Both Jason and Mike went above and beyond to make this an outstanding experience. Buying a truck can sometimes be stressful, but they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I recently took my F-250 to Five Star to have the driver's side mirror looked at as it would not retract. The part was indeed found faulty and was covered under my supplemental warranty. However, the mirror had been discontinued by Ford which prevented the dealership from installing an OEM compliant aftermarket part. I was lucky that it was a part that did not prevent me from using my vehicle. I'm not sure what would have happened if the part had been in the engine or transmission! I want to say that my service adviser was great, but the bottom line is I now have to have the issue corrected at my own expense.

Everyone there are excellent people, but I think the prices are a little high on some of the things they do to the cars as far as labor is concerned.

Service Manager Johnny Tisdale and the entire Five Star Ford team were a pleasure to deal with and gave me a great deal on the repair of my Vehicle.
