Had been looking all over for a new truck. Nobody had it and I just happened to be near 5 star and decided to check. So glad I did. Best Ford Dealer around. Never shopping with Granbury dealer again. Was treated terribly. 5 Star earned the name with me!

Casey Irons was a great guy to deal with no pressure and he had a fantastic attitude all I could ask for. I have to give a shout out to ot about Marissa Thomas she sold me my first ford two years ago she is a superstar Marissa or Casey ,you can’t go wrong

I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am for the help this dealership and Jason Howell gave me. They are truly there to help people get in the vehicles they want. Super fast and easy transactions, in and out. I drove 5 hours to purchase my truck and will do it all the time now for all my vehicle purchases. Mike Schuman in finance also, man this guy is definitely the best in the business, had me going in conversation the whole time and was really laid back and wasn’t pushy at all in anything. Can’t say enough about this dealership and will definitely tell anyone who will listen when buying a vehicle to go to Five Star Ford!

I had an excellent experience at 5 Star Ford NRH on August 13, working with Ron Baron, Ford Master Certified Service Advisor, for an oil change and scheduled maintenance on my 2025 Ford F-150 PowerBoost King Ranch. Ron provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. My wait time was minimal, all of the scheduled maintenance was completed, and everything was covered under my Ford maintenance plan. They even washed my truck before I left—an appreciated extra touch! I was especially impressed with Ron’s knowledge of my F-150 and the way he explained everything clearly and professionally. It’s obvious that he takes pride in taking care of his customers and knows his vehicles inside and out. I will definitely continue taking my F-150 to Ron Baron and 5 Star Ford NRH for future service. Highly recommended!

Mike in (Finance) Carlos in (Sales) are Awesome People! .Carlos found the exact year make and model I was looking for and very helpful,knowledgeable. .Mike explained to us everything down to the dime, Last paper work was a breeze, we felt bad because it was late but they treated us with care and respect very professional.
