I had my 2017 F250 in for service to get some recall work done and some other work done through an extended warranty I had. Joe from the service department really went out of his way to take care of everything. He was in constant communication and had my truck back to me as if it were new. Awesome guy that I will trust with any future needs. Thanks for everything Joe! The next week I decided I would look into trading in my wife’s vehicle. Q was so great to work with. He helped us with our trade and the purchase of our new suv. He made it feel like red carpet service from start to finish. Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I was really impressed when the final paperwork was ready, there were no extra fees out of nowhere that I have had at other dealerships. I will definitely make Five Star my first stop in the future!
