I've been "service" shopping for my 2024 Mustang GT since I bought it back in October 2024. Finally found one I'll be returning to! Great service, great pricing, great people. Love the no pressure but informative process. Very timely as well!

Five Star is the perfect name for this Ford dealership location. I called late morning, and Taylor was very accommodating advising us to bring in my car by the cut off time in order for the repairs to get completed same day. Romaldo and his team took full ownership of the recall repairs, keeping us updated throughout the day, and ultimately completing the repairs 2 hours ahead of expected time. I also appreciate the team taking the time to provide awareness and quotes for additional repairs that my car needed. I will definitely return and advise others to visit Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills.
