Kept me up to date on my truck, even got me in on short notice when I had an emergency issue. Brandon explained everything in terms I could understand and helped me narrow down my options and got my truck back to me faster than expected. Brandon is great! Brandon Johnson came through once again! Took my truck in for routine service. He was able to get me in on short notice, and got my truck back to me before promised! That's important to me as I was waiting at the dealership. Brandon also let me know about a potential recall and explained everything to me clearly. My wife and son also have Ford vehicles and I always send them to Brandon and he takes great care of them as well.

The service I've received in the past and continue to receive has always been great. I really appreciate my service rep. Shyla, they have been great to work with and kept in touch throughout the process.
