Our sales guy Kevin knocked it out of the park! I tried to give over 10 different ford locations my business, but Kevin was the one who earned our trust and respect! We drove from an hour away in Van Alstyne due to his willingness to help us out. You will get a great experience buying through Kevin! Thank you for helping us out with our brand new F-150 and getting us in/out within an hour after picking a vehicle. The sales manager, can't remember his name, was very helpful in pricing and so was David from finance! If your on the Market for a vehicle, give Kevin a chance, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I have been dealing with Sam Pack Five Star Ford for a Loong time!! My first used car was bought back when they were on Precinct line in Hurst. Since then, we have bought six new vehicles at this location on Rufe Smow and 820. They continue to earn our business

Absolute BEST EVER experience buying a new vehicle!! Could not have been better or more enjoyable. No hassle, no run around. Just straight, honest talk about what was available and what my trade in was worth, what we could do together to get me in a new vehicle!!!! I was at another dealership before going to Five Star Ford and the experience was no where near the same. I wasted hours and left with nothing but a waste of my time......... (Grapevine).... At Five Star I worked with Rick Dike. We met at 3pm on a Thursday. I walked out at 4:15pm with a deal!!! Picked up my new vehicle Friday mid morning. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I will never shop at another dealership!!

The costumer service I received from our sales representative Juan and manager was impressive..I will come back to 5 Star Ford for my next purchase.

Edit: FIVE STAR FORD!! Caleb called me up after reading my initial review and he listened, cared about my situation, and made things right. I wanted to edit my review to let folks know that these people really do care about your experience. I can’t say I’m looking forward to the next time something goes wrong with my car, but I at least know where I’ll be bringing it. Five Star Ford! Original review: One Star Ford. A repair I was expecting to cost around $300 was quoted over the phone at $855!!! and then the invoice when I arrived was for $1100. Most dishonest and predatory service department I’ve ever encountered. Last time I will ever give them a dime! Pretty hilarious to name yourselves “five star” Ford though. Credit where it’s due, that is funny.

Mr. Ron was very nice spoke to in laymen terms about my car. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I want to personally thank him and the service department for fixing my car and for letting me drive the Broncos.
