The service experience at Five Star Ford has improved greatly since my initial experiences dating back to 2010. Over the course of 4 vehicle purchases there, I’ve learned that the experience and integrity of the Service Advisor makes all the difference between a mediocre experience and a very pleasant one. Since meeting and working with Jason Kubica on two different vehicles over the past six months, I feel that I now have a relationship with a Service Advisor who is committed to customer satisfaction and high quality workmanship. Jason has been awesome. He’s been very patient, accommodating and has taken pains to understand the issues with my Ford vehicles. His communication and availability has been superlative, and I feel comfortable that I’ve always known where we stood throughout the process. Going forward, I will ask specifically for Jason whenever service is required. A+++++
