Great service. Super quick oil change and great prices.

Just want to give a big shoutout to the team at the service department,Five Star Ford North Richland Hills. I called Saturday morning in the rain to schedule an oil change, and they worked me in that same day. Service was quick, and I loved getting text updates for anything additional. Great customer service all around! I will definitely come back

I bought a truck from Ray Barnes 3 years ago. It was a very smooth experience back then straight forward pricing and didn't try to give me the run around. Today I had a warranty question and I reached back out to Ray. 3 years later and knowing I am not looking for a new truck, he was still super responsive and very helpful. He was able to get his manager to send over the documents I was looking for almost immediately. Thanks Ray. I would definitely buy a truck from Ray again
