They are a great car dealer, they took care of my warranty needs and got me into a very nice loaner! I got my truck back, detailed, full of gas, and a since of being treated like a human, not a number.

We drove past the Ford Dealership 2 miles from our hometown to go to 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills. The main reason was their big inventory of the vehicles I wanted. Their website was GREAT. I researched and narrowed down my search to one particular vehicle. About 30 minutes before arriving I called to confirm the car I wanted was there. Cris Lomas answered our call. By the time we got there he had the one I wanted washed and ready to test drive. Two hours later, I drove off in my car! Cris and Justin at 5 Star Ford CARED that I got the vehicle I wanted! I love my Ford Bronco and will be back to buy in future as well as refer everyone I know to them. From the website to Cris throughout the process it was wonderful! We HIGHLY recommend them!

Five Star Ford of North Richland Hills has been our go to location for our vehicle needs. We purchased a fleet vehicle for our company and two moths later we upgraded one of our personal vehicles. Marisa was so helpful throughout the whole process. For our fleet vehicle, she had everything ready to go before we got there. We spent a total of maybe 20 minutes signing paper work and grabbing the keys before heading out. For our personal vehicle, Marisa assisted me via text/call to hear my needs and get me in the car that I wanted the very next day. I will always come back to Marisa at Five Star Ford of North Richland Hills for our vehicles. She is very knowledgeable and efficient at her job. She makes the car buying process stress free! Couldn't recommend enough!

Supa was excellent. She made an honest straightforward deal and stuck to it with out any games or hassles. She also picked me up at the airport at 7:30 in the morning and was extremely good to deal with throughout the entire process. I have bought dozens of cars over the last 50 years nd this was the easiest most honest deal that I have ever made.

I have purchased 4 vehicles with Hector, and each experience has been outstanding! As a female, sometimes buying a vehicle can be difficult due to the misconception that females don't know anything about buying cars. I have NEVER had that experience working with Hector or anyone at Five Star in NRH. I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealership
