I had Joe, Jason, and Mike help me out with my new purchase. They took great care of me, from getting the vechile I needed to getting through with finance. Couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience.

Had an issue come up with my truck while on vacation with my family. Was able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to get my issue diagnosed and resolved very quick as well. Great service all around and communicated very well with updates.

Alfred was amazing! Very helpful, kind, and took care of business. Second vehicle purchased from him, I would recommend him always!

I’ve also worked in the motorcycle business for about 10 years, so I’m familiar with how these things usually go. My most recent purchase was the first real issue I’ve ever had with them. The truck I bought had a problem with the interior condition. I was honestly pissed and brought it straight back. The team at Five Star Ford handled it professionally and with no bullshit. They took care of the problem with no hassle, and that’s what matters. Because of how they handled it, I will continue to buy all my vehicles from them. Highly recommend.
