I had a great experience with Service. Andy was my service advisor. I had a check engine light that I could not figure out. They replaced a part and had it ready to go the same day. Unfortunately the code came back. It happens. Five Star made it right. They kept my vehicle and put me in a brand new loaner. It took some time and diagnosing with Ford but they isolated the likely cause and replaced that part for free since the initial fix wasn't it. Andy kept me updated every step of the way.

I can't say enough good things about Kyron. My panoramic roof was leaking and while it took some time to find the problem, Kyron stayed in touch to keep me informed of the progress. Thanks to Kyron and the Service Technician who checked several times to make sure the roof no longer leaked before they returned my truck.

Brandon is a fantastic service advisor! Met me at my truck at the time of my appointment, walked me through all my options, and kept me updated on my vehicle's status. Very professional and personable; a great ambassador of the Five Star brand! Update for most recent service; Brandon Johnson continues to be a fantastic service advisor! Kept me up to date on my truck, even got me in on short notice when I had an emergency issue. Brandon explained everything in terms I could understand and helped me narrow down my options and got my truck back to me faster than expected. Brandon is great! Brandon Johnson came through once again! Took my truck in for routine service. He was able to get me in on short notice, and got my truck back to me before promised! That's important to me as I was waiting at the dealership. Brandon also let me know about a potential recall and explained everything to me clearly. My wife and son also have Ford vehicles and I always send them to Brandon and he takes great care of them as well.

Try to complete repair timely so a customer doesnt have to pick the vehicle up and them bring it back to complete the job. 0n minor issues 3 days there should be enough.

Happy to share my great experience at this dealership, but particularly with one of their sales managers, Kani. I was driving two hours to come and test drive a particular vehicle. I had had negative experiences at two other dealers prior with the vehicles not being available or having just been “sold” as I was arriving, which I had shared with Kani. He immediately assured me this would not be the case and that he was pulling the keys to ensure that it would be ready to go upon arrival. The car was exactly as described and I ended up purchasing that day. That said, the reason why I felt inclined to leave this review is that subsequent to the purchase I encountered a couple of minor issues. Kani truly went above and beyond in helping me to resolve them. His communication was impeccable, with lightning fast responses, as well as calling me several times to provide a status update prior to the resolution. Five stars for Five Star and Kani!

I got a really good deal on a used Bronco it came with the best warranty with no extra charge. If I need to buy again I will come back
