Gracie is wonderful! she is our new service advisor since Caleb moved. I got a chance to talk to one of the techs and he was very informative and helpful. Again 5 star!!! service which is why we drive past 4 other Ford dealerships to come to you. We have been coming here since 2019 and we have had great service both on the sales side and on the service side all the way through the cashier desk and getting rides to and from our home. GREAT TEAM!!!!!

On time and what I asked for. Oil change and tires rotated

Dropped my Ecosport off on Friday morning to fix the open recall. They said it would take 3 to 4 days to fix. Luckily a rental was provided by Ford. I received a call yesterday afternoon it was ready. Picked it up with no problem. Staff was friendly & very helpful.

Excellent sales people. Service was great and left with a great truck and a good deal.

Tyler was my sales rep and this dude is a stud. He got my finance and I into two new vehicles. He was very professional and made the car buying process simple and enjoyable!

Came in wanting to get a key replaced; sales associates pointed me over to the right building and from there I was in and out. They were transparent about pricing.

I took my Ford Escape in for “The Works” Oil change and tire rotation etc. Nick in the Service department did an excellent job making sure he kept me updated on the status and answered all my questions.
