Great experience from booking my service to completion of project.

I had an intermittent issue with my truck, so the team at Five Star had to work patiently to discover it - but they did! While they had my vehicle, they also provided me with a loaner, which helped my family a lot. If you need to have your vehicle serviced, make sure to request that Joe Fitzsimmons be your Service Advisor!

*Edit: They finally provided me with a loaner vehicle while they replaced my car so I wouldn't have to drive with the faulty breaks. I have raised the stars from 1 star.** My brakes get recalled, but they tell me it's safe to drive. I wait over a year before they tell me the part is in stock. I schedule an appointment a month in advance. I cant take off work so my wife hauls the two kids up to the dealership with my car and drops it off. They dont give her a loaner vehicle so she cant drive away. Then, to top it all off, by the end of the day they say, "Sorry, we dont have the part available." Unbelievable.

I had an outstanding experience working with Carlos at Five Star Ford. From start to finish, he was professional, helpful, responsive, and made the entire purchasing process as smooth as possible. What really stood out to me was Carlos’s willingness to go above and beyond. He personally took the time to make the drive to ensure the remaining paperwork was signed and everything was taken care of properly. That level of customer service and dedication is something I truly appreciate. I also want to recognize the finance team for making that part of the process smooth and straightforward. Everyone I worked with made the experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Carlos did a phenomenal job, and I would absolutely recommend him and the team at Five Star Ford to anyone looking for great service and someone who genuinely takes care of their customers.
