Excellent experience with Juan Rodriguez,I'll admit as he noted, that I was the most prepared customer he's ever had so we got trade in and deal done in about 1 1/2 hours total, and now we are driving in style!

The valet service was a very positive experience from the time it was picked up until it was delivered back to me. Every person I talked to was friendly and professional. Cindy and Bob picked up my car on time and were so likeable.

After an accident my 25 year old F-150 had to be totaled. Up until then my wife and I had not planned to buy a new vehicle any time soon. But life is full of surprieses. So, faced with our choices, we decided to find another truck. The search was on and it lasted about three months. Then we found Five Star Ford via an F-150 that popped up while I was building a pickup on the Ford website. It was a late model 2025 F-150 Lariat at a great price and for us, was the right color, trim level and options we wanted. It was almost to good to be true, but it was. I called Five Star Ford and spoke to Bobby Bell. We arranged to visit a couple of days later. When we arrived Bobby already had it out front and center. We spent a little while with him and discussed what we needed, after which we took a test drive. Then back in his office Bobby made the rest of the sale an enjoyable experience and not once did Bobby get up to see if his manager would approve our deal. Even the finance manager was easy to deal with and at no time did anyone try to sell us anything we were not interested in. Instead they showed us what was available and answered all of our questions. With that we sealed the deal and took the truck home. I was almost stunned at how smooth and easy the whole process was. Now, ten months later and a couple of normal service visits we found the entire staff professional and great to deal with. I'll never do business with any other dealer again.
