A repair I was expecting to cost around $300 was quoted over the phone at $855!!! and then the invoice when I arrived was for $1100. Most dishonest and predatory service department I’ve ever encountered. Last time I will ever give them a dime! Pretty hilarious to name yourselves “five star” Ford though. Credit where it’s due, that is funny.
