I have always purchased my vehicles in Arlington Tx at Texan Ford (now known as AutoNation). Two Years ago we decided to go to 5 star and purchase a 2015 Ford Edge. Jason Howell helped us and it was a great experience. Last January 2017 I was hit from behind and my edge was totaled. The impact was so hard my divers seat broke. Thankfully I was not hurt but I had only had my Edge 14 months and all the equity I had in it was gone. I didn't have a down payment so I started looking for a used edge to replace the one I had. As soon as I would find one and call on it was being looked at or papers were signed that morning. I had called 5 start used cars and spoke to Juan and I told him the one I lost I had bought from them and Jason helped me. He said he would look and get back to me. to my surprise a few hours later Jason called me. He said he heard what happened and they would get me in a car. He texted me pictures of one and it just wasn't what I wanted. So Friday 02/11/2017 I Showed up at the dealership around 3:00PM and I was out by 5 with the perfect car. I have never had such an easy purchase. My payments are a little higher and I needed gap insurance but I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealership. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff.....

2 years later and I still have my 2023, but decided my husband needed a major upgrade. Having always made the sacrifice for me and both our boys by giving the best vehicles to us he's always driven the older vehicles or gone without all together. His current truck is a 2009 F250, by far the newest to call his own. As of today, his new to him truck is a 2022 F350 that John Hilsinger sold us. So happy for him. He definitely deserves it! Thanks again John for doing your thing!!! 3 more years gone by and it's time for a new ride. Today we upgraded our 2020 F150 to a new 2023 F150. Yes, we used John H. again because he knows his business and he knows us. I had already looked at the inventory on line through their website. I told John what we wanted and he pulled the same truck up that I was thinking about. Drove it. Bought it! Thanks John for always being on your "5-Star" game!! The following was a review I posted 6 years ago. My husband and I were looking for a specific vehicle. You see, my husband has worked for FORD since 1990 so we know most of these vehicles. I did my research on what amenities I wanted and how much we were willing to pay. John was kind enough to come quickly to the sales showroom when he noticed all the new car sales people were busy with other customers. We had tons of questions and if John didn't have the answer he immediately got the answer for us. There were some issues with our home dealership so we did the next best thing by going to Five Star Ford. This was the first time we had purchased outside of our home dealership and will be back for our next purchase! I even called the dealership to speak with John and he answered, his cell phone! This guy won't miss your call since he forwards his calls to where ever he is. John walked us through all the electronic amenities on our New Explorer. There is even a class to take on Saturday's for more understanding. Tut was our finance guy. Funny does not begin to describe his personality. We laughed until our sides hurt. He was very informative and helpful with keeping our budget in mind. These guys were amazing and showed extreme empathy for our frustration in dealing with our home dealership. I will be referring anyone in need of a vehicle to Five Star Ford! Thanks for the bottom of my heart. I don't even let my husband drive my new Ford Explorer lol.

I have been dealing with Sam Pack Five Star Ford for a Loong time!! My first used car was bought back when they were on Precinct line in Hurst. Since then, we have bought six new vehicles at this location on Rufe Smow and 820. They continue to earn our business

Absolute BEST EVER experience buying a new vehicle!! Could not have been better or more enjoyable. No hassle, no run around. Just straight, honest talk about what was available and what my trade in was worth, what we could do together to get me in a new vehicle!!!! I was at another dealership before going to Five Star Ford and the experience was no where near the same. I wasted hours and left with nothing but a waste of my time......... (Grapevine).... At Five Star I worked with Rick Dike. We met at 3pm on a Thursday. I walked out at 4:15pm with a deal!!! Picked up my new vehicle Friday mid morning. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I will never shop at another dealership!!

I just bought a new truck. Daisy and the guy in finance did a fantastic job. Professional, courteous and they made things easy with no pressure. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to buy here.
