I had an excellent experience at 5 Star Ford NRH on August 13, working with Ron Baron, Ford Master Certified Service Advisor, for an oil change and scheduled maintenance on my 2025 Ford F-150 PowerBoost King Ranch. Ron provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. My wait time was minimal, all of the scheduled maintenance was completed, and everything was covered under my Ford maintenance plan. They even washed my truck before I left—an appreciated extra touch! I was especially impressed with Ron’s knowledge of my F-150 and the way he explained everything clearly and professionally. It’s obvious that he takes pride in taking care of his customers and knows his vehicles inside and out. I will definitely continue taking my F-150 to Ron Baron and 5 Star Ford NRH for future service.
